Est. 2014, NEW FIRE is a monthly concert series in Trinidad and Tobago. We aim to expose the diverse musical culture of T&T in a sustainable and conscious space. The NEW FIRE series traditionally takes place on one Thursday of each month at De Nu Pub aka Mas Camp Pub Port of Spain, Trinidad. The historic venue served as famed costume designer Peter Minshall’s workshop and has been a stronghold of Caribbean musical tradition for more than 25 years.
NEW FIRE has featured internationally acclaimed Trinbagonian acts like 3 Canal, Freetown Collective and Orange Sky. NEW FIRE supports T&T’s NEW GENERATION of exceptional musical talent. It is also part of a NEW ENERGY for transforming Caribbean societies through the arts. NEW FIRE is an initiative of the non- profit social enterprise, the Trinidad and Tobago Bridge Initiative.
