SETTING UP + CLEARING OUT
Please be prepared to work with us to ensure our market is a wonderful place for all to enjoy. Cars will not be allowed to park on site during the festival so we will be updating you on arrival and departure times for vendors based on the various packages.
REMINDER
Don’t forget this is a ZERO WASTE event. All vendors must be prepared to be good to ourselves and the planet by adhering to NFF’s zero waste policies.
If you have any questions or need guidance in meeting our policies please let us know as we reserve the right to ask any vendor found in violation of these policies to immediately leave the festival site and no refund of vending fees will be made.
In an effort to determine our level of success in achieving these goals at NFF 2017, a focus was placed on the monitoring and evaluation component of our activities. The M&E team was led by a UWI graduate who is the holder of an MPhil in Soil Sciences and included a graduate of Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, a current student of Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and an employee of the Caribbean Industrial Research Institute (CARIRI).
As we continue to build the capacity of our organisation, we are positioning NEW FIRE Festival as the premier outdoor music and sustainability experience in the Caribbean. This ground breaking initiative will be a trend setter in outdoor concert experiences, pioneering festivals as sustainable tourism products.
]]>Visiting Arts hosts an International Producers Breakfast during the festival which connects over 200 UK and international creatives. This year, the event will focus on innovative and enterprising trends and models in the festival scene. Be part of the conversation and follow the event on Twitter: @VisitingArts #VAPB2017. You can also view our newsletter for more details.

NEW FIRE Festival celebrates the awakening of humanity and the blossoming of a culture of love, creativity, beauty, community and sustainable living. Your generous contribution will bring us closer to realising our vision, not only for Trinidad and Tobago, but for the entire Caribbean region, as we join the global movement towards creating a better world.

At NEW FIRE Festival, we invite you to share your hand crafted and locally sourced products with our festival’s guests. We are looking for persons selling food and beverages with a focus on local cuisine and artisanal items such as handmade jewellery, bath and body items and craft products.
NEW FIRE Festival (NFF) is a sustainable, transformational festival that will be held at Green Meadows in Santa Cruz on April 8&9, 2017. NFF offers our guests an opportunity to immerse themselves in a new world, celebrating our most positive human qualities in a spirit of love and oneness. Two days of music, art, dance, food, craft, yoga, play and camping; inspire and uplift guests along with a variety of talks and workshops. The festival is grounded in principles of ecological mindfulness and sustainability, demonstrating how we can develop our communities while being environmentally responsible.
NFF Vendors will have an opportunity to interact with our dynamic and diverse audience as our festival attracts persons from varying communities throughout Trinidad and Tobago and abroad. Therefore, we want vendors who have well made products that truly reflect our Caribbean culture.
